Here is part of an email of October 22, 2007, from Paul McGough:

I would like to help you maintain your good site by submitting my own personal details, as a McGough from Mullingar, County Westmeath in Ireland and living, for 10 years now, in Dublin city. It is certainly interesting to me to read about other McGoughs outside Ireland and see what they are up to...

I read Music in Trinity College Dublin and have since busily worked as a freelance musician in Ireland and abroad, both as a baritone singer, choral director and teacher. Based at St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin, where I currently reside in the former residence of Dean Jonathan Swift, I have featured as a soloist in many contexts, including the group Anuna, as well as various operatic engagements. I have just returned from touring the world with the hit show 'Celtic Woman' and am the director of various groups, including the Garda Police Force Choir ad CRUX Vocal Ensemble, for example.
